In collaboration with UNCTAD, the 38th regional course on Key Issues on the International Economic Agenda is co-sponsored with the Singapore Cooperation Programme, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The regional course is held in support and co-sponsorship with the Singapore Cooperation Programme, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is destined for policy makers and academics from the Asia-Pacific region. The course will be delivered by UNCTAD experts, in cooperation with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and national experts from the Singapore Civil Service College.  Twenty-one trade policy officials and academics have been selected to particpate in this 33rd edition of the course.

18th Regional Course in Jakarta, Indonesia for trade policy officials and academics from the Asia and the Pacific will be held at the Non-Aligned Movement Centre for South-South Technical Cooperation in Jakarta, Indonesia with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. It will take place from 2-20 November 2009. The course will be delivered by UNCTAD experts, in cooperation with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and national experts from Indonesia.  Twenty-one trade policy officials and academics in the region have been selected to particpate in this course.

The tenth regional course was held at the International Institute for Trade and Development, Bangkok from 13 November to 1 December 2006. International experts from UNCTAD and UNESCAP delivered this program.

The sixth regional course was held with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnam from 13 November to 1 December 2004. The program was delivered by experts from UNCTAD and UNESCAP. National experts in Vietnam also contributed to the program from the Ministry of Planning and Investment (Research Commission of the Prime Minister), and the Institute of World Economics and Politics.

The first regional course was held at the International Institute for Trade and Development, Bangkok from 18-29 november 2002. Experts from UNCTAD and UNESCAP delivered the program.
